How to enter & Entry deadline

• Submit your orchid photos to us via Facebook or Email

• The deadline for uploading photos is Monday, Feb. 03, 23:59:59.

Orchid Photos

• The limit is 5 photos per person.

• If multiple photos submitted, please indicate the one to join the contest.

• All submitted photos will be shared in Ever Spring Photo Gallery.

• A landscape image (horizontal) is preferred.

• Entries will be printed out by ES orchids for display and vote. Photo print sizes: 10''x12''

• Each entry must include the photographer/submitter’s name, email address, caption and description.

• Be sure your photo is saved as common image file type, such as JPG or GIF.

• The high quality of the photo the better but be sure under 10 MB in size to upload properly 

Voting

• Entries will be displayed during and after ES Open House, and the general public will vote for entries during ES Open House Feb 08 - 16.

• During ES Open house, Feb. 08-16, the entries will be displayed. Every guest will get 3 stickers to vote for their favorites. The stickers can be used on one or multiple orchid photos.

• Voting time: 9 am  Feb. 08  - 5 pm  Feb. 16

• The photo with the most votes wins, so share this link with friends and join ES Open House together to vote for YOU!

Prize

• First place: A non-phal Rare Orchid (blooming or non-blooming)

• Second place: $30.00 Ever Spring Gift Certificate

• Winners will be announced on ES website,Facebook,Newsletters. 

• Winners will be notified by email or other contact information.

• Be sure you sign-up on our website AND become our fan on Facebook!

In order that Ever Spring Orchids can use your photo, you confirm that (a) your photo is your own original work; (b) you own all the rights in the photo, including copyright; (c) you have the right to give Ever Spring Orchids permission to use your photo for the purposes specified in these rules; (d) the photo is not defamatory and does not infringe any Canadian laws or violate the rights of any third party; (e) you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in your photo or the consent of their parent / guardian if they are minors; (f) you waive any moral rights that you may have in the photo; (g) you indemnify Ever Spring Orchids against any claim, demand, action, suit, or other proceedings against Ever Spring Orchids arising out of the use of the photo or any false or inaccurate statements.
